New York Press article

Glad to see we're getting some publicity up in this motherjumper!

Which of these stallions would you rather ride the hambone express with?

Sure as a raccoon likes garbage, you can bet I'm psyched that my post yesterday got shouted out on the website for local weekly New York Press. It's been one of my favorite papers for years. Mugger in the hiz-ouse!

But I'd like to clear a few things up. Let's read this story together, and then I'll show you the bogus parts.

Freelance journalist Ben Westhoff, 30, who writes for the Village Voice, New York magazine’s Vulture blog and the LA Weekly, has found an odd way to amuse himself in his spare time. He posts entries on his blog that falsely purport to be written by former Sex and the City actor John Corbett....

"It's not John Corbett. It's me posting as John Corbett," the Hoboken, New Jersey-based Westhoff acknowledged in a telephone interview.

Whoa Nelly Furtado! No matter what that pantywaist Westhoff says, he is not pulling my strings. In the words of the immortal Popeye El Sailor Dude, "I am what I yam!"

Steve Lovett, the Los Angeles-based manager for the actual John Corbett, said Corbett is "not a blogger" and denied that his client had actually written the item. "The facts aren't true, either," Lovett said of Westhoff's scenario which pitted the saccharine-voiced actor against producer Darren Star.

Steve Lovett is not my manager. As of right now. "Lovett, clear out your stuff, because like Donald Trump, 'Ya fired!'"

Ha ha. Just kidding Steve my bro-doggy style.

This has been fun. But the fun will be over with a lightning quickness for one Darren A. Star if he doesn't submit to my demands.

Darren, you have three more days.

Oh yeah, and one more thing. The A. in Darren A. Star stands for Ass Butt!
